EC Outlook's core product is the Integration Hub, built around our comprehensive B2B integration platform called Collaboration Center©.  We have also developed a set of collaborative value chain products that automate specific business processes and needs.  These process-specific products, grouped together in our Commerce Center© suite, also take advantage of the same underlying integration platform.  All of our products are delivered as a managed service, which means there is no software to buy, install, or maintain.

 

Integration Hub

 

Order Management

Our core product provides a scalable, internet-based messaging solution.  Connect once to EC Outlook and reach 100% of your trading partners.  Integration Hub will translate, transform, and deliver documents, regardless of data format or communications method.  The product also provides document tracking and status throughout every document's life cycle.  Security administration and audit reporting are standard features.

The Order Management product automates the Purchase-to-Pay cycle with your customers (sell-side) or your suppliers (buy-side).  Standard document types are available, along with a library of over 300 business rules commonly used for this business process.  A feature rich access portal provides users with a versatile and easy-to-use interface for creating, sending, and viewing documents.  The product offers your trading partners three connectivity options: web portal, file upload/download, and automated system-to-system integration

VMI

This product is used by both gas marketers and pipelines to manage the delivery of natural gas.  For marketers, it enables the exchange of documents required to secure transportation and delivery of gas purchases between Utilities and Producers.  For pipelines, it enables the exchange of documents required to perform efficient transportation of gas, manage the allocation of pipeline bandwidth and the sale of excess capacity.  Supports NAESB 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, and emerging standards.

With more and more vendor-customer relationships moving to a vendor managed inventory (VMI) model, a premium is placed on inventory and production planning visibility throughout the supply chain.  EC Outlook's VMI product provides this visibility for all organizations, regardless of the backend systems or document types they use.  Vendor organizations are able to view consolidated reports that let them know when and how much product a customer will need, reducing or eliminating costly stock outs or expedited shipments.

Financials

Track & Trace

The Financials product is used by companies to manage large monetary transactions, such as wires, advanced clearing house (ACH), acknowledgements, voids/issuances, and match pay/reconciliations.  The product may be used as a stand-alone solution, or integrated with the Order Management application to provide Payments functionality.

EC Outlook's Track & Trace product provides shipment status tracking information on inbound or outbound shipments.  Information from the product shipper is used to electronically retrieve shipment status information from the shipper.  This status information may be provided on an as-needed basis via queries, or automatically via reports or email alerts.  The product may be used as a stand-alone application, or in concert with the Order Management product to add additional value to users.
